Hi, I’m Ivy Colbert! I’m a mom to two little girls, a pelvic floor physical therapist, the founder of Empower Physical Therapy and a health and wellness business coach!

Empower was born out of my desire to create a safe, nurturing space where women could heal and feel supported during some of the most vulnerable and transformative times in their lives.

That same passion for helping women has gradually developed into helping women in the health and wellness space create the business and brand of their dreams in a fun, casual and creative way!

Think of me as your girlfriend in business — we’re having a cup of coffee, sitting on the living room couch, chatting dreams, ideas and goals! You can ask me anything, there are no dumb questions and we can let the creative juices flow. No stuffy meetings or boring business plans.
